I also enjoy riding horses: dressage, jumping, and trails. I ride here: Kaleidoscope Farm. There are also nice horses for sale.

BBQ Ribs - I think this is link worthy. Would you believe some of the best BBQ ribs are made in Vermont? It's always worth stopping off I-91, or even driving out of your way to Curtis' BBQ in the haute blue school bus.
